Well I got a drink request, must be coming up in the world! Luckily it was one i've been making for years, so heres a Whiskey Sour with an egg white. The egg white sounds gross, but when its really shaken up it just adds a nice layer of foam on top that i thought you could only get at the craft cocktail bars.

Whiskey Sour w/ egg

1 egg white ( not necessary to use entire egg white, just get some in the bottom of the shaker)

2oz Whiskey ( I used bourbon, but whatever floats your boat)

.5 oz Simple Syrup

1oz Lemon Juice

3 Dashes Angostura bitters

Dry shake all ingredients except the bitters. Be careful when holding the shaker, the egg pressurizes and is susceptible to pop. Shake with ice. Strain into a double rocks glass with an extra large ice cube. Dash bitters on top. Enjoy.
