Classic & Dirty Martinis

I want to start making martini variations... but before that we need to do the original.

A lot of debate over martinis, so I made the two that I drink. A classic dry gin martini, and a dirty martini, also made with gin.

FYI these are how I like em'. Adjust the spirit, vermouth, bitters and garnish to find your favorite.

Classic Dry Martini

-2 1/2 oz Gin or Vodka

-1/2 oz Dry Vermouth

-2-3 Dashes Orange bitters

Dirty Martini

-2 1/2 oz Gin or Vodka

-1/2 oz Dry Vermouth

-1/2 - 3/4 oz Olive Brine

Put a martini glass in the freezer. Add ingredients to your mixing glass. Add as much ice as you can. Stir (20 seconds). Strain into the chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon peel (classic) or olives (dirty).
